The Accu-FILEplus group share their years of experience with students. All of our trainers have experience running offices, so they understand the challenges and know how to explain what you can expect to encounter during your first to your fifth tax season and beyond. Affiliates can learn as a beginner or just brush up on the latest tax changes and every facet of individual income tax preparation. No prior tax experience is necessary to enroll and take the class. The curriculum is designed to cover the fundamentals and some advanced income tax preparation training, during the self-paced online class, which covers all schedules, credits and forms that can be filed with an individual tax return. The classes are required and FREE to all affiliates. In addition FREE Webinars for both tax and software training are held form September through December each year(registration required). We want you to succeed!
On completion of the assigned curriculum each affiliate is tested in all areas of tax preparation and e-file requirements and the acceptance grade is 90% or better. We set the bar high so that our clients can be assured of the highest level of proficiency in the affiliate of choice. Each affiliate who makes the roster will take refresher courses each year and be encouraged to pursue continuing education and an Enrolled Agent certification in the absence of other degrees. To promote networking, local and national membership in related organizations such as the National Association of Tax Practitioners and other similar organizations will be strongly recommended.
As if that was not enough, we do regional workshops and unannounced random site visits to affiliate offices to check for all levels of compliance. Accu-FILEplus guarantees its' affiliates prompt technical support with experienced and knowledgeable staff. Our goal as we continue to grow is the development of State Directors so as to increase our support capabilities, we offer support at the local level, onsite and remote access.....You will be directed through installation, setup, file conversion (where needed) and orientation prior to the start of tax season. You will have reliable support throughout the year. In addition you have access to unlimited guidance, online training and bilingual technical and operational support.
